Thought Leadership

The stage is only one part of the work.

Thought leadership is not a title or a louder opinion. It is the work of turning informed experience into a perspective people can use. It matters because leaders need more than information: they need context, constructive challenge and a clearer way to decide what happens next.

Across stages, workshops, webcasts, podcasts and roadshows, the goal is to make complex topics more useful for the people in the room. Strong talks need more than good slides: they come from architecture work, leadership conversations, books and field notes. They also require the confidence to question the familiar story when it no longer helps.

I believe agentic AI will fundamentally reshape the world we know today. It will create a new set of opportunities in manufacturing, medicine, the digital world and everyday personal life. The important work now is to turn that potential into responsible, practical progress — with the right questions, the right guardrails and the willingness to build differently.

01 / Workshops

Turn a question into a working plan.

Facilitated working sessions turn a strategic question into a shared problem statement, visible trade-offs and practical next steps. The value is not in a presentation; it is in getting the right people aligned around what to do next.

Best for: leadership alignment, architecture direction and operating-model decisions.

02 / Events

Give the room a useful point of view.

Conference sessions and keynotes combine an informed perspective with stories from the field. They make a complex theme accessible without removing the tension, trade-offs or real-world context behind it.

Best for: conference openings, leadership events and audiences that need a shared frame.

03 / Webcasts

Bring context beyond the room.

Focused digital sessions make a current topic available to distributed teams, customers and partners. They provide a concise point of view, space for questions and material that can continue to travel after the live session.

Best for: remote audiences, partner communities and timely technology conversations.

04 / Podcasts

Make room for the longer conversation.

Podcasts create the space to explore a topic without reducing it to a soundbite. They work best when practical experience, a strong opinion and genuine curiosity can open up a more nuanced discussion.

Best for: deeper expert conversations, community building and durable on-demand content.

05 / Roadshows

Carry a message across teams and places.

Roadshows translate one strategic narrative into conversations that make sense for different audiences. Each stop can respond to local priorities while keeping the core message, ambition and decision context consistent.

Best for: transformation programmes, partner ecosystems and multi-location leadership engagement.

06 / Short Talks

Create a prompt for the next decision.

Short presentations use a clear thesis, one useful tension and a memorable takeaway to move a conversation forward. They are concise by design, but still grounded in the realities leaders and teams are facing.

Best for: executive offsites, board briefings, quarterly meetings and focused team sessions.

Topics

What the room can work on.

Every session is built for the room, not recycled from a slide archive. I help enterprise leaders make clearer decisions where cloud, AI, security, cost and regulation collide with practical perspectives, honest trade-offs and no buzzword fog.

01 / Agentic AI

AI with a job to do.

From assistant hype to governed agents that improve real business work. A practical view of agentic AI, operating models, accountability and governance that keeps the focus on outcomes.

02 / Cloud Strategy

Cloud under real constraints.

Architecture, security, sovereignty and value: the trade-offs leaders need to make visible before they become expensive. Cloud strategy works when it is both ambitious and honest about its constraints.

03 / FinOps

FinOps, not finance theatre.

Making cloud and AI spend a product decision, not a monthly surprise. FinOps connects finance, engineering and product teams before cost becomes a reporting exercise.

04 / Sovereignty

Sovereignty without the bunker mentality.

How to build control, resilience and compliance without giving up innovation. Sovereignty is a question of risk, operating capability and choice, not just data residency.

05 / Modernisation

Modernise for what comes next.

Turning legacy estates, SAP landscapes and cloud platforms into foundations for AI and growth. Modernisation is not about moving workloads; it is about making systems ready for what follows.

Microsoft AI Roadshow

AI Roadshow for Partners

Across sessions in Munich and Cologne, I shared an enterprise view of AI with the Microsoft partner community. The focus was on moving beyond early excitement: connecting the opportunity to practical use cases, the capabilities partners need to build and the decisions customers need to make. Rather than presenting AI as an abstract technology, the roadshow created a shared language for discussing business impact, governance and customer readiness.

Cloud Expo Europe

Financial efficiency in the cloud

A joint FinOps keynote on why cloud cost cannot be left to a monthly reporting cycle. It connected transparency, budgeting and engineering accountability with the architecture choices that shape spend, so leaders can make cost a design decision rather than a late surprise. The conversation focused on creating shared ownership across finance, product and engineering before spend becomes a problem to explain.

Cloud Expo Europe 2023 multi-cloud session for life sciences

Cloud Expo Europe

Multi-cloud in life sciences

A practical conversation about multi-cloud in a regulated life-sciences context. The session explored which resilience, control and compliance requirements genuinely justify added complexity, and where a clearer, more deliberate architecture is the better answer. It made the trade-offs around platform choice, operational burden, data controls and long-term flexibility visible for leaders who cannot treat architecture as an abstract exercise.
