I turn complex technology into choices people can act on.
I'm Uwe Zabel. Across more than two decades working with Microsoft technologies and enterprise IT, I have learned that transformation rarely fails because of technology alone. Architecture matters, but so do people, priorities, capabilities and the decisions organizations are willing to make. My work includes particular experience in manufacturing, smart industry and regulated enterprise environments.
My world is cloud, AI and enterprise technology, but the interesting questions usually start where the technology ends: Which choices actually matter? What trade-offs are we making? How do we turn strategy into something teams can operate?
My rule has stayed remarkably simple: make the client successful and the team happy. Good technology should serve both. The Cloud Advisor is my personal platform, where I share that perspective: practical, curious and built on the work rather than the noise around it. The views expressed here are my own.
